For offices that still send and receive faxes · Louisville, KY
Still faxing over an old copper line? Louisville Telecom gives you two ways to keep faxing without it: keep your fax machine with an adapter, or switch to cloud fax to email. Either way, you keep your fax number, and our own local team handles the setup.

AT&T is retiring its copper phone lines. In Louisville, traditional lines have been grandfathered since October 15, 2025: AT&T won’t accept new lines, moves or changes. Older copper fax lines can also get costly to keep and less reliable as the network ages.
Moving your fax off copper now lets you switch on your schedule, not when a line stops working.
We connect your existing fax machine to our network with an adapter (ATA), so you keep faxing the way you do today, with no copper line.
Send and receive faxes from email or the web, with no machine and no paper. Incoming faxes arrive in your inbox as PDFs.
